Harsh prabha general store - Opening commercial shop in residential area

~ complaint:-
This general store is located in the Residential area of sector due to which there is huge problem to the people living nearby.
The owner of the shop has covered the full road on the front by extending his shop on the road, due to which people living nearby have to face problem like...
*Vehicle can't come and go through the road.
* Customer vehicle is parked on the main road or in the parking of residents nearby, which causes problems for the customers and the residents as well.
* People have to face the jam, as the shopkeeper has covered the main road by extending his shop.
* The shopkeeper doesn't provide any bill of his sales to the customers and sells the product above MRP.
Writing this complaint in Hope if some help could be done regarding this.
