I did a mobile banking transaction on **/**/**** through Bank of Baroda M-Connect app. The money was deducted from my account but it didn't reach the beneficiary. The account no and all other details were correct. I enquired and filed a complaint in both the banks but they both told they cant help. Bank of Baroda informed that the money was transacted to the beneficiary bank and it was successful from their part. The beneficiary bank informed that no such transaction have taken place in their bank. I gave complaint to banking ombudsman but the complaint closed without any resolution.
