Mb Factory Outlet - ONLINE SHOPPING FRAUD

A home retailer named LAKSHMI CHOUDHARY from Guntur had sent her men's apparel catalogue to me via WhatsApp on **th of April **** and she said that it was their stock clearance sale. I had gone through the models and thought of ordering a few items. On the same day I asked her about how to place the order and how it will be delivered. On the next day i.e., on **th of April **** she texted me and asked me to contact her dealer SANITH KUMAR. I called him regarding the order and he explained about their business. He said that they are selling defect items of heavy brand as the companies will reject those pieces even for minor defects. He finally convinced me to purchase the item. Sanith said that they are having a stock clearance sale and gave me a discount on the purchase. He said that he will deliver * pants and * shirts for ****/- and in the end he made ****/-. On the same day, I had ordered ** shirts and ** pants for me and for my family members for a total price of *****/-. He asked me to send the address details in a format and also share the payment receipts and I had done that on the same day. He promised me that he will share the delivery tracking details after the payment will deliver the products on Monday i.e., *nd of May. So from the next day he was not answering my calls and I kept calling him again and again but no response and moreover he rejected the calls. I had also texted LAKSHMI CHOUDHARY(retailer). She is seeing all the messages but not responding. Finally yesterday as a warning I messaged SANITH and LAKSHMI and said that I will proceed legally if they won't respond.

I am a civil engineering graduate, and I resigned from my job recently for further studies. Currently I am Jobless and this kind of people doing such frauds really threw me into depression. I request you to help and do the needful. I have taken screenshots of the chats. I have their business visiting card. I will share all those items as evidence. PLEASE HELP ME AND MAKE THIS FRAUD PEOPLE GET PUNISHED.
