i placed order for erikka ipl device on **/*/**** which claims to ship the product in *-* days and deliver it in *-* days. Since i had to travel out of city on **th aug, i placed the order assuming that it will be delivered atmost in **days. Today it is almost ** days and my order is not even shipped. since after **/**/**** I will be unable to collect the product and it will be of no use to me, I requested company to cancel my order and refund my money. Without understanding my problem each day they make false claims that today the product will be shipped. The reason given is the color of product you opted for is out of stock. If it is so why the same product is still available on their website? I also informed them that color does not matter to me. Deliver me any color product. They again made the fall claim to deliver it but nothing happened. I am moving out of the country on **th and the even if the product is delivered now, it will be a waste for me. kindly help me get my money back. I have proof that they do the same with all their customers.
