Affordable trend - Online shopping fraud

I ordered clothes from instagram,they have two accounts i.e., @affordabletrend @theclosetpoint.. but I bought clothes through their website https://yolein.myshopify.com
I placed the order on the **/**/**** which cost Rs. ****... The package was shipped from Brahmpuri, I recieved the package on the **/**/****... But once i opened i saw the clothes that they sent to me is old and smell like rotten, stink which is not with the one i ordered from their website... I immediately call the delivery agent to help me...she said that she can't..
I'm here to complaint and request to get refund of what I had loss.
