Veefly Youtube Marketing Agency - Online scam

Full details of incident:

On April *th **** I have received a WhatsApp message from Miss Farida – HR Department of Vee fly YouTube Agency saying that there is a online part time job of subscribing YouTube channels and Rs.** will be paid for every subscription. I have asked them about the possibility and credibility regarding the job. So, they have provided me three demo tasks and paid for them after successful completion. So, I believed them and started working for them. Later the tasks were given by telegram account (@Bayaka****) April * and * two days many tasks were given by them and got paid for all the successful tasks. Also, on April *th **** tasks were changed to investment related (prepaid missions) and told to use own funds to get back with profit. A group was created in telegram and tasks were continued. At first, I paid Rs.*,*** and got back Rs.*,*** with **% profit. Again, I paid Rs.*,*** and Rs.*,*** and received Rs.*,*** with profit. After paid they have given one link and told to login. It was like trading website where we can buy and sell shares. They said to follow their instructions to sell or buy any shares and we will get money with profit. Like this the tasks were assigned.
On April *th **** tasks were continued and I have started with Rs.*,***. This time tasks were continued as long tasks without immediate return. I trusted them as per previous days returns and then I paid Rs.**,***, Rs.**,***, Rs,*,**,***, Rs.*,**,***, Rs.*,**,*** on same day. I haven’t received any returns for that and when I asked about they told it will be continued next day.
The next day on **th April **** it was continued and they told the final task amount will be Rs.*,**,*** and after that get paid of Rs.**,**,***/- with profit. So, I have sent Rs.*,**,***-. But after that they again said that the settlement amount is huge so you have pay Income tax Rs.*,**,*** to get the full settlement. I was shocked and fought with them regarding my money. But they never paid back. So, I have raised compliant in cyber crime portal and they immediately started their works. FIR filed on *th May ****.
After many follow ups with the banks by cybercrime police and through court order on **th August **** I have received back Rs.*,**,***/- and Rs.**,***/- in April ****. Totally I have received Rs.*,**,***/-.
After that I haven’t received any money. Also, cybercrime police have tried their level best to retrieve balance money but nothing worked out. In November **** cybercrime police have closed the case officially due to no further improvement in the case.
Now I am completely helpless and I don’t know how I can retrieve the money. I have faced lot of struggles and problems due to this lost for the past *.* years. Financially I am still facing many problems and still I can’t come out of this.
