Reliance digital Store Bangalore - Online payment done but no product or refund

Dear Concern,
I have booked a Apple Pencil through online payment in Bangalore also got automatic email saying that within ** hours you’re going to deliver the product. Unfortunately even after * days there is updates from your team. This was my *st purchase in Reliance digital I usually buy from Amazon also getting prompt delivery all the times. Mr Amani has a big dream with RIL but I don’t thing he has a right team to drive it. However I will escalate this to his notice shortly. I expect a update from your team at the earliest. I have also updated the same message in your Twitter page as well. Please pullout my details through your order number. Your immediate attention would be highly appreciated.
