I booked a flight ticket from Indore to Delhi on **th july from this website called travalook.They deducted my payment via Cashfree (with order id - REF*********T*********). After the payment no updates were received by the company.When i called the customer care executive they didnt picked the call.Then i received a call from an unknown number saying that my booking is cancelled and i will receive the payments within ** days.It has been more than ** days no updates received yet. Payment still stuck . This company is just an online fraud .
My ref. no. for the cancelled booking is REF*********.
Kindly help me on the same.
