Uniqedeal.com - Online fraud and refund not done

Samsung launched a new phone Samsung M**, I googled it to buy online and found available in Uniqedeal.com. I purchased the mobile. Later they have not delivered the product. Once asked they told me they have processed the refund. Same is not received till now.
