Complaint against online fraud and cheating. I am working in an IT company here in Hyderabad. I was looking for online SAP training for quite a few times. I made a number of queries in different institutes within India. On **/**/**** I received a response from an Institute situated in Mangalore (Website -https//saptrainings.in/s-*hana/) which they claimed to be an SAP authorized training centre and one person named Sindhu she contacted me through WhatsApp first. We had a few discussions regarding my requirements as a part of counselling before joining any course then after she sent me all course details along with one demo video link to my Gmail account. I saw the demo session then on **/**/**** she told me that on the same day they had a live demo session asked me to join. So I joined live demo session but after attending *-* minutes of the session I realized that they were playing a recorded session which I saw in demo video previous night. Then I logged out of the session and upon confronting Sindhu why they are playing a recorded session instead of the living session then she denied very smartly & confidently that was not a recorded session rather than the trainer was presenting session himself only.
To verify I asked her to get me a call with a trainer. She did it through a conference call on my cellphone number. I had a word with trainer regarding my course requirements and the trainer promised me that he will guide me throughout the course. Then I decided to join weekend session batch **.** am IST and discussed my decision with Sindhu. Then she told me to deposit one-time training fee Rs *****.** into their account (AXIS Bank, SR Nagar Branch, Hyderabad) and on **/**/**** I deposited the same amount through internet banking. She confirmed me on WhatsApp that they have received.
Then she sent me all training joining links on Saturday around **.** am IST when I joined the live training session. During very few minutes of training (around *-* minutes), I realized that it was not a live interactive session rather then they were showing me a recorded session. I texted in the Webinar chat box to unmute me as I wanted to ask some queries to the trainer but I received as a response in chatbox that I can only talk to the trainer with my queries after the session is over. But during my counselling with Sindhu, she had assured me with great confidence that if such situations will happen during training I will be unmuted and I can talk to the trainer directly but it didn’t happen. After so many tries, finally I was unmuted and an unknown male talked to me and told he is the trainer whereas he wasn’t the trainer as voices were different. Then I logged out of session and called Sindhu in WhatsApp, upon confronting her she lied me continuously with different unnecessary reasons like webinar issues and others.
When she realized that her lies are caught upon getting nervous. She passed the phone to another guy who introduced himself with a name I can’t remember now, the guy with the same voice who pretended to be as the Trainer who was in that session. He then started arguments with me with so many irrelevant things and his voice was very aggressive towards me. I asked him that I was promised during my counselling period by Sindhu and online chat box on their website that all the online classes will be interactive only which was not when I attended live session, that male person was first denying the fact that it was a recorded session then after some time he accepted that it was a recorded session and started negotiating with me.
As per his negotiation, he told me to take ** hours of recorded session with server access for ** months and on job support in half price of the total course fee that is Rs *****. But as a response to his negotiation offer, I asked him I don’t want to continue with their institute and to refund my entire course fee Rs *****. Firstly, he was denying saying there are no such policies within their institute cum company to refund course fees to candidates but when I told him that I will complain against them for this act of fraud then he passed the phone to another male person. After discussing a few minutes with him, that male person asked me what I want then I replied that I want a complete refund of my money that time only. Then he promised me that I will be refunded entire money within * working days. He said giving more emphasis that money will be transferred to my account before Saturday. So, I asked him to send me an email mentioning all these things then Sindhu sent an email that they will refund me within * working days and asked me for my bank details I provided the same. But as of now I.e, after completion of * days I haven’t received a single penny to my account from them. I tried to contact them over WhatsApp but Sindhu neither picked my call nor replied to my seen messages.
