Airtel Payments Bank - Online Financial Fraud

I, Subedar Jatinder Pal Singh, have been residing at E ***, Ganga Vihar Extension, Sadullabad, Loni, Ghaziabad ******. I was having a balance of Rs **** in my Airtel Payments Bank Account No **********, on ** Sep ** and wanted to make an online payment against my UPPCL URBAN electricity bill for Sep ** (copy enclosed), issued to me, under my Consumer No. **********, from their website airtel.in/bank. While trying to make the said payment, I found a repeated error in the said website hence I sent a number of complaining emails to Airtel Payments Bank (copy of each email enclosed for ready reference). Despite that, it did not rectify the error till ** Sep **. Then Mr. Vikas and Mr. SK Verma (names claimed by them only) rang me up from their mobile No. ********** and ********** and asked my SBI debit card CVV No. and OTPs, stating necessary verification and solving my said problem. I gave those to them as I was not then mentally sound, being hospitalized for a serious disease (copy of the related medical document issued by Ganesh Hospital attached for necessary verification). They made ** fraudulent online payments to the merchants, using my SBI debit card. Their *rd fraudulent online payment failed due to then insufficient balance in my related SBI Pension/SB Account No ***********. Copy of each of related Airtel Payments Bank Transaction History and SBI statement, highlighting the relevant contents, is also enclosed for necessary verification, investigation, booking the said culprits, recovering my lost money from them and ultimately refunding that to me. In addition, Airtel Payments Bank must be ordered to refund my involved meager loss of Rs ****.**, for its said irresponsible/negligent activity. Needless to say that the said refund amount is nothing for this company, earning crores of rupees from the common people like me. RBI must also be recommended for cancellation of its banking license, to avoid such financial loss to other persons. Sir, I am a retired Subedar from Indian Army, suffering from Arthritis, Diabetes and Harpiese hence not able to do any job and earn additional income to my meager service pension. So, it is most humbly and respectfully requested that the necessary action must be taken immediately, at all the required levels, for which my whole family would be highly obliged forever. It would also definitely go a long way to help a needy soldier lime me, who always bleeds in war and sweats in peace, for his beloved countrymen. JAI HIND.
