ஹாய் குழு, நான் இரண்டு முறை புகார்களை எழுப்பியுள்ளேன், கிட்டத்தட்ட * மாதங்களுக்கு பொருள் வரி டிக்கெட் எண்கள். எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் நான் வாடிக்கையாளரைக் கவனிப்பேன். (சேவை ஹெல்ப்லைன் எண்: **** *** ****) கீழே உள்ள POC க்கான சில தொடர்பு நபர்களை நேரடியாக தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள். எப்போதாவது நான் அவர்களை அழைத்த போது சிறப்பு வாய்ந்த வம்சி (**********) எனது பிரதிநிதிகளை சிறிது நேரத்திற்கு அனுப்புவேன் என்று அவர் கூறுவார், கடந்த ஒரு மாதமாக அதே வரி / கதையை அவர் திரும்பத் தருகிறார், இப்போது என் எண்ணிலிருந்து அழைப்புகளை பெற்றுக்கொண்டார். ரமேஷ் (**********) சில அல்லது வேறு கதைகளைத் தவிர வேறொன்றுமில்லை. இதை மேலும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவும் என் வினவலை தீர்க்கவும் முடியுமா அல்லது நான் நுகர்வோர் மன்றத்துடன் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும். ரமேஷ் (பிராந்திய மேற்பார்வையாளர்) **********- சிவா **********- வம்சி (அரே மேற்பார்வையாளர்) **********-நாகேந்திரா (கம்பெனிக்கு விட்டுச் சென்றார்) என்.எல்.சி.
