I bought a flagship OnePlus *Pro with my hard-earned money in June **** for *****. OnePlus destroyed my phone with a poorly tested update in December ****. When I reached out to OnePlus Service Centre to get the issue resolved, they refused to fix the device mentioning my device is out of warranty. A flagship premium device stopped working normally just * months out of warranty, and this was not due to any physical damage. This was only because of the OnePlus software update. When I made the same point, they refused to accept my grievance saying OnePlus *Pro does not have such an issue. I was standing at OnePlus Service Centre with proof for
the issue in my hands and they refused to acknowledge the issue with their update. When I checked if other users had faced similar issues on Twitter - I could find ****s of customers reporting the same issue. This is fraud, OnePlus is harrassing customers by providing faulty service via update and then refusing to accept their mistake.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
