Honda activa 4g Montash yadav - Olx Honda activa 4g fraud

I am living in bahadurgarh. Today I have seen a Honda activa in olx. He was a army offer mantosh yadav. I don't know he fake aur real officer. We have done it final and transfer **** for his security.we have transfer to his paytm bank. After ten min his phone come to me he said that your scooty will reach after a min. Then he say that you transferred the rest money *****. We have transferred the money . After it he was demanding for more rupees. We denied to give him money. And then he was saying that whatever you want to do you can do. He was giving me a attitude to me that you can do complain to police aur court. Please help me in this case.
