- Ola Postpaid Incorrecr Bill Generation Open
This is regarding the Ola Postpaid Payment. I am charged with Incorrect Ola Postpaid Bill and also had to pay cash to driver due to Ola Driver Application software issues.
My ride was completed by the driver in midnight. Driver's internet was not working, he couldn't see his driver ola app payment screen. It was almost midnight.
Driver was very rude and was continuously asking me for thrle payment as his OLA Application has bugs and software issues. I had to give cash to him and paid the bill via Google Pay from my friend's account. Total payment for the ride was ****/-.
Now, after some days, The ola postpaid bill got generated. I tried to reach out to customer care, but it couldn't connect to the customer service executive due to Covid ** low staff.
I tried to raise concern from Ola Support from Mobile app. No responses and the ticket closed without even discussion.
Tried on twitter handle, no help at all.
Please Help. I don't want to pay double money.
