Ola cab delhi NCR
- Ola cabs Overcharged by OLA Cab driver which was not the same driver which was shown in the OLA app Open
I have been registering complaints with OLA cabs from last * week but the actions taken by there safety team is not up-to the mark. The driver partner which got us the ride was not the same which was shown in the app.The driver also took us from longer route and driver stopped in between at CNG station at around ** minutes to refill the gas. Above-all the forged driver partner took Rs. *** for the trip, to which the payment to be made was Rs. ***. I was shocked to see that OLA support closed my complaints without updating me about the actions taken against the driver-partner. I need a full-fledged refund from OLA cabs as the driver-partner has taken the ride amount in Cash but it shows payment pending in the app. I further cannot book a cab from that app and the support team says you have to clear your pending payments to book a new ride, for which I have already paid the cash to there so called driver-partner.
