Airtel Communication - Number deactiviated by Airtel

I am having trouble to connect with Airtel network in London where i am based now.
I had requested to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid at Airtel gallery in Hiranandani-Powai, Mumbai on **th May ****. Since my number belonged to Goa circle they refused to convert it directly and gave me alternate option for porting from Goa to Mumbai circle. I believed them and had sent sms for porting in front of them and gave them the OTP and in return they gave me prepaid sim card and said it will be activated in ** days or so. Even i explained them that i will be traveling to London on *nd June ****, so i need international roaming activated and i can't wait in India till the new sim card is activated but they said 'No problem, anyone can come to store and do a recharge and you can even call from anywhere to activate the sim.'

So its been almost * months and i still try everyday to get range so that i can activate but unfortunately i can't. I even got a news from my friend(who visited service center for inquiry) saying that the service on my number is permanently
stopped because i did a port from Airtel and even he raised a complain there for the status of my number and also provided alternate number but again 'NO RESPONSE' from you guys almost *-** days now.

Since my number is out of service and can be purchased by anyone this makes me more worried and tensed because my all wallets are sync'd with this number and have lots of money in it which unfortunately i am unable to login and transfer because its sends otp on my registered mobile number which is not working atm.

So can you please provide me a good and reasonable solution asap on how can i can activate my number from here.

Hoping for a quick reply in this matter before it get worse.
