Dear Sir, I have recharged thru the vi app below-mentioned amount but the amount is debited from my account but this recharge is not successful. according to the bank, the amount has been successfully settled to the merchant. And I have raised this issue to Vi Idea on Apr **, ** days already passed without a solution from their end and getting a response that they are still working on it, day by day they are kidding. Kindly support,,
