JITENDRA KHATRI filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Feb 6, 2019
My Name is Jitendra Khatri my consumer id is ********** (Airtel dth). Since the new dth policy has come into effect whereby a consumer can choose any channel of his choice and pay for the same only, but the airtel dth using all means to make this govt big move a failure. I have selected a few channels which only I wish to watch. As per their instructions after selection of channels, I have sent the "scan of Bar code" and a revert confirmation message also received on my registered mobile number (**********). But till date, my plan is not activated. The customer care executives are making false promises to get it to start in a few hours or by the next day. But all in vain. This is a big fraud against public policy and grave contempt of central government. I would like to request you to start my selective channels as per my selection.
