- Not sending the correct Prescription Closed
I had purchased medicines to be sent to my mother who is stuck in the UAE due to the pandemic. She's a ** years old patient with Wheezing, cholesterol, thyroid, blood clotting issues. When i ordered the medicines online there was a doctor who had called and confirmed on the list of medicines and also took a detailed explanation from me about my mother's health. I have been contacting the customer care to send me the prescription so that the medicine can be sent, but everytime they send the prescription it has incorrect age mentioned. I have been following up with them over calls and emails, but in vain. The medicines were ordered on the **th of July and i am still awaiting the prescription. These medicines can't be sent since the courier companies will not accept it without the prescription.
