I had ordered * office wear Kurtis on *-*-**. But when I got the parcel instead of selected Kurtis different Kurtis has been sent that is of too poor quality. It's totally breach of trust. I should get what I have ordered rather than the other product. So I want to return the courier and want the money refund but there is no response from their side even after sending so many emails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
