Nykaa Beauty Store - Not returning the product

Worst customer service & senior they have i ordered Dior foundation from them the shade i ordered is dark so I want to return the product & now I want to order light shade so I mentioned I didn’t like the product & mailed them the pics & invoice they said wait for **hrs in between I placed order for **k also but next day when I checked that it was canceled by them I called them also my return request was also canceled then now lol reason’s they r giving to me is u have canceled out you’re Previous orders so we will not return this… like what u guys do fraud with your customer & create a huge setup them they r not taking their product giving a unnecessary reasons very horrible service from nykaa + Customer care they have they r just not listening & understanding what I’m saying just making us fool bad!!
