Tour World Travels - Not returnig the money

Mr. Javid Mir Kifayat, who is associated with this Tour World Travels agency. On *th March **** I attempted to book accommodations with him for a future trip to Kashmir which is for * adults. He assured me that the rooms were locked and requested a payment of **,***. I asked him many times before payment that sir r u sure if rooms are locked or not every time, he says yes sir it is locked please pay the advance. After I made the transfer, he abruptly informed me that there were no rooms available and suggested alternative options. I said then why you tell me at that time that it is finally booked and locked then he tells me to select other alternative hotels but I said no I only want that hotel not anyone else as I said u earlier only finalize my booking if it is confirmed. then he said that that one is sold-out. then I requested a refund, but despite his assurances, I have yet to receive my money, even after seven months of trying to contact him. i daily tried to contact him but he never receives my calls not even seen my messages everytime he says yes vansh sir your money is safe our relationship will be remain same by tomorrow I will transfer by this week like this e every time ignore it Nd gave excuse. then through some source I had someone over there in Kashmir through him ** days before I got **k out of **k but after that he is not ready to give leftover **k even yesterday he is like I took his money and I also review him * ratings on google and write a review so today he said Vansh ji Kya likha aapna vha kyu likha and like cut the call he is not ready to give my leftover **k back. so, I request you to please make my **k refunded to me. in poof i have call recordings till today and chats and also the **k transaction receipt.
