- Not Repairing my Mobile Redmi Note 8 Properly Closed

I visited on **th June to MI Service Center (PS Telecom) as my mobile redmi note * was charging very slow taking *-* hours to get complete charge. I showed my mobile to the help desk and they confirmed to me that the problem is in the mobile not in the charger so they took the same to get it repaired. But after taking almost * hours they confirmed to me that the mobile has been repaired. When I asked them what was the issue the help desk executive did not reply in the proper way and told me that the battery draining problem was resolved. When I came back to my house and tried to get mobile charged It was again showing the same problem. When I called them they replied that only software has been installed and nothing was repaired. Thereafter I again visited on **th June next working day, again they took almost * hours to reply to me about the problem and took mobile saying that it will take *-* day to get it repaired. When I asked them to issue me a job sheet/invoice they did not give me anything except assurance that it will be repaired. Now, when I visited on *th July **** after getting the confirmation that it has been repaired again they took time to get it confirmed that mobile is getting proper charging. I checked with my charger but the mobile is still getting slow charging even when I asked them to check my mobile with a fast charging adapter they replied that they do not have a fast charging adapter and can only check with the existing normal charger. I asked them that how could it be possible that in a service center there is no fast charging adapter then how can you assure me that my mobile is now completely working in a good manner. After that they checked my mobile with a new adapter and again confirmed that my mobile is working fine but when I checked my mobile with the same adapter it is taking almost ** minutes to charge the *% battery. I don’t know whether my mobile is repaired in a manner or not but the way of treating a customer and taking lots of time to get it confirmed that mobile is working fine shows very poor quality of services. I am very much disappointed with the services provided by them.
