I had ordered two dresses on ** August,** from your Instagram Profile PURCHASEKAR** and i contacted you thorugh your WhatsAPP no. **********. before confirming dresses i had confirmed to you that is there refund/return policy ? you clearly said YES. i ordered two dress with cost ****/- . i got one dress defected i also returned that defected dress to you. now you denied for refund/ return also for exchange. that defected dress was worth rupees ****/- . Now you are not picking up my calls not replying on messages. I expect my refund of ****/-.
