- Not refunding my money Open
I have done an advance payment for a * wheeler vehicle on dated **.**.**** to PMG Motors at Satichaura, Cuttack-******, Odisha. Further due to some monetary problems I can't buy the vehicle. After a few days, I went to PMG Motors and asked them to refund my money. Instead of refunding my money they replied come on this day and that day. Again after a few days when I went for my money, they replied your receipt/bill book is missing. It will take some time to refund your money. Then I asked how many more days it will take to refund my money. Then they replied to come after ** days. After ** days when I go for my money then they replied again come after * days. In the meantime, I got the phone number of PMG Motor's Owner ********** from Goyenka Electric Motors, Delhi. I called in that number the PMG Motors owner asked me who gave you my number? He replied to me in slang language “where you bastard slept, I will not give your money whatever you want to do you can."
If these things will happen to a consumer. How can a consumer survive and trust to a respected owner? Please take appropriate steps for harassing a valuable customer and for not refunding my money.
