Cmsitservices - Not refunding my fees

I joined cms it services, Indore for Oracle dba course. Before joining I paid the fee of ****/- and when I started going from (**- **- ****) for classes they were ignoring the classes. I have gone there only for * days after that they were supposed to tell me for *-* weeks that didn't have faculty. After such *rd week, I decided not to continue and I ask them for my fees to refund but as I started asking for fees they ignoring my calls and also visited institute but no one was there from Jan to March **. On March **rd one of them handed me a cheque of ****/- I applied the cheque in the bank but at **th April **** the cheque was returned and the reason was insufficient to fund. From **th April to till now **th April **** I am continuously calling but no response and also visited cms it services- Add:- ***, *rd-floor orbit mall, Vijay Nagar.
