Hi Team,

I planned for an Andaman trip in April **** and I gave an advance amount of ***** to 'Vraman special'

During my interaction, they said if your travel was affected with corona we will provide the entire refund

But now they are trying to deceive me by saying we won't give refund

'Vraman Special' is trying to deceive even during corona tough time please take a strict action against this company

I would like to raise a complaint against 'Vraman special' as I am asking refund for my money

How can they say refund is not possible

I will put this in consumer court with all the proofs I have
