Myflowerapp - Not refunding money not answering calls Basically an ecommerce fraud company being run with the gift

First of all not delivering as promised. Then wanted to refund it in their wallet.
Who are they to decide where my money goes? its not like they provided any kind of service.
Basically an ecommerce fraud company being run with the gift shop as a front.
