Happyeasygo India Private Limited - Not Refunding money despite being advised twice by Vistara

I booked tickets from HappyEasyGo for three people from Bombay to Chennai. Due to the pandemic, I could not travel. I consulted HappyEasyGo about the refund and they asked me to ask the refund from the airline and send a screenshot of the email confirming the refund by the airline. I cancelled my tickets on **th April, and Happyeasygo were to refund within ** days of cancellation. Little did I know, they tricked into getting a refund and now they are blatantly giving excuses. Despite Vistara advising HappyEasyGo to refund the money, HappyEasyGo has the gall to defy all principles of a service. Highly dissatisfied with the service, and I am aware that many others have faced similar issues with this fraud company.
