I ordered a black Anarkali kurta from Meesho, but I received a different dress in a different color than what was shown on the website. I initiated a return and refund request, but their pickup partner, Xpress Bees, repeatedly canceled my return, citing failed quality checks for the product. When I contacted Meesho customer care, they informed me that they are unable to assist with this issue or provide a refund.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
