I had bought holiday package from valorah resort and hospitality in Feb **. In march **, I planned for Rishikesh visit and requested valorah to book property as per their brochure. After ** days, they denied to book. First, they informed they don't have property tie up in rishikesh. When I asked for more details, they offered me booking at some ** hotel. And so I requested to refund. But they are not refunding. I cancelled my train bookings that also cost me ****. It's a fraud company. Many people are complaining.
