Vikhyatha Infra Developer - Not refunding Depositors amount

Vikhyatha Infra. Developers also know as Harithavanam Projects, took deposit amount of ******/- INR, to book the plots near Yadadri Temple, but their site is not near to Yadadri Temple, and ** km away from the Temple. When I enquired why, they said that the site is near to temple then no answer from them and not returning my deposit amount INR ******/- since * months.
Vikhyatha Infra Developers Management doesn’t have ethics in their business and no response on returning my money.
