I booked ticket under PNR CLDWJQ for flight from DELHI to SRINAGAR .i was told that a credit shell has been created as flight was cancelled and it will show on as credit shell for one year but i dont want go anywhere and i want my amount back, i try call them no response hundred of mails i send to indigo helpdesk as well as the agent via.Com but no response, today i got mail from indigo and the mention that they will not give amount back and if you want amount then we will apply cancellation charges then agent will change seperate amount, its not our fault that lockdown started and flight got cancelled we just want our amount back as we gave them that time without any discount, please help me out i need the amount because i booked ticket later on **march when it was last day to fly i spend **k to reach destination that time no airline gave me a single rupee discount and now they want detect the convenience fee, cancellation fee bla bla.. Please please help me to get the amount back
