Conquer Travel - Not Refunding Amount

On ** Feb **** we booked honeymoon trip from them due to many delays and mismanagement in services they promise us to compensate the amount for the same they have also mailed us on * march **** for compensation in which they promise us to refund ***** rupees as a compensation with in * working days.
but now its more than a month they are not refunding my amount and i have proof of mail as well
kindly take action against them and help me to received my amount
