Dear madam or sir,
It is complaint against Upgrad.
I was looking for the job in the countries of Europe for which i need to get degree from there universities.
One day one sales man of upgrad reach out me whose name is Chiranjeev Sharma (+**-**********) that time he was in Banglore and send the information of MBA course which is of one year program. I shown him all the documents and took guarantee that am i eligible to take admission or not he said that yes you are eligible on the basis of all my marksheets and documents. So he guaranted me and took me further for payment of ₹ ****** which included ₹***** registration charge and ₹*,**,*** fees of course which include all subjects online study and IU portal where i have to give all my assignments and exams.
For ₹****** i took a loan from bank from my real brother’s account whose name is Shubham Agarwal.
Name of the university is International university. Its been * months but I didn’t receive IU portal than i contacted one person and he told me that university has declined your application.
After that in September i called to chiranjeev what is this
All my time has waisted and now you people are saying i am not eligible. So i requested for refund. He said ok we initiate your refund. I called him three times again and again he said i am pushing them and all.
Than one day one person whose name is Arpit called me and asked me if i can change my course but i deny and told you already waisted my time no w i need refund he said ok and cut the phone.
After that i called Chirajeev so many times but he didn’t pick my call.
I had also written so many mails and messages to chiranjeev and upgrad team but nothing has happened till date
So i decided to take help from online legal india for justice
