MORE Store - NOT REFUND BY COMPANY OF MISSING ITEM

I would like to inform you that we was ordered on through more app order id no is….#****** and material not deliver full quantity and the same time dt **.*.**** I was raised the issue and I, have shared the material pics to your customer care team and his agreed and feel apology and his agreed to refund my payment with in * working days but till now we have not receive my refund amount. After ** days I visited your more store which is in crossing republic Ghaziabad (******) and talked with store manager but till now not receive any appropriate answer and my refund. I already paid Rs/- *** for ** unit of pampers i.e., print screen share below for your response and only **-unit packet delivered by your team. And the same things agreed by your customer team
