Ashapurna Buildcon Limited Jodhpur - Not refund booking amount of Rs

I was booked one house there was only land and they start construction which they start construction after **% payment of **.** lacs on dated **/**/**** and give them cheque of Rs.***** which was credit in their account after * days. After one month I cancelled my booking and mailed them. When I asked for refund my booking amount, they told us that they will charge of Rs.** per day charge but at booking
time nothing told about this but we were agreed. But later they denied for refund . We called them many time but no response from them.So please help us to refund our hard money.
