Oximeter in - Not received order and company website is showing expired

I saw a website on instagram which shows oximeter at affordable price ,I opened that and order that oximeter from oximeter.in. I pay *** rs from phone pay and received confirmation of order . Now it's been more than * days I haven't received any message or anything from them . When I clicked on that link which they provide on confirmation message it show it is expired. I want to resolve this issue and want my money back.
