Raj Rani creation - Not received material and delivered old stock

We paid ***** on **/*/**. They told within a week will send your material. Later no responses from then after enquire and paid the full amount. Then on **/* only half old stock material sent. Still, **** amount pending with them. Now they say for one material amount entered in the bill is not correct. So no amount pending with us, instead of *** we mentioned wrongly ***.
Now there is no proper response from the owner. Please take the necessary action because no one should suffer again.
