- NOT RECEIPT OF REFUND FROM FLIPKART TRAVEL Open
I had booked a flight on flipkart for my brother Mr. Satinder Singh on dated **.**.**** through flipkart for dated **.**.**** from DEL-FCO BOOKING ID:-FF*************, PNR NO. KC*RQ* but due to COVID** LOCKDOWN I rescheduled it on dated **.**.**** for dated **.**.**** again on **.**.**** for dated **.**.****, Then I cancelled it on **.**.****.But till date I have not get my refund. Cancellation acknowledgement and Refund document issued by Lufthansa Airlines sent to them number of times. I contact flipkart travel number of times on customer care toll free number , email@example.com and also on their twitter account but no result.They are just passing time with apology mail and messages but not initiated my refund. My refund amount is Rs. ***** i.e. Rupees Fourty Seven Thousand Seven hundred twenty five only.
