Hi Team My Self Venkatesh Bingi, Register Mobile Number **********,
I purchased the product on Reliance Digital and purchased RESQ plan too for extra warranty, now I have active warranty service on the product, till ****, screenshot is attached for your information-please check it
I called RESQ Care on April *nd at **:** PM for a service request on my Whirlpool washing machine.
When I raised a service request, they asked me to wait ** hours for maximum time, after ** hours-no technician reached and no call from anyone, I dialed again, spoke to RESQ team again, they asked me to wait ** hours. Maximum time to reach a technician, I waited ** hours,
Today (April *th), I waited till **:** AM, no technician came to me, nor did I get any call. Then I called back to RESQ team asking about the service, the agent's name was Karan from RESQ care, he asked me to wait till **:** pm today,
I waited until *pm today and no response from the technician, I called RESQ care again
Today at *pm I dialed RESQ care again, And agent name priya connected me, she didn't tell me exact reason for delay and I requested her to take high priority to serve immediately, And asked her who should I contact to solve this problem as soon as possible,
I asked her to transfer the call to a supervisor or someone else who deals with these types of issues, she said Within * to * hours I got a call from RESQ team to solve the problem, But after * hours i.e. *:** PM, the technician was not reached and I didn't even get a call from the supervisor,
I called RESQ CARE again at *:** PM and asked about the service request status, She said wait for * day or * days and while I was on call she disconnected my call, Is it the right way to deal with customers?
I don't really understand why I have to wait so long even after the maximum time to render the service, Why are you asking customers to take extra warranty on products like RESQ plans if you can't provide the service properly?
You take care of the customers until they purchase the product and RESQ plan from Reliance Digital,You have not given respect to customers after purchase, not taken a single request from customers and not even a response,
You are trading with customers' valuable money and emotional feelings.And you're making false statements to customers,
*+days completed, What to wear without washing clothes, how to go to office?
In this busy life we don't have enough time to wash clothes by my hands so I bought the product on your Reliance Digital and also took the extra warranty.
