Sir i booked a ticket from go air. But due to lockdown flight was cancelled. And now i do not want to travel anymore in the near future but they are forcefully saying that you can travel and we have protected your PNR upto * year. But i am not interested to travel. I want refund of my ticket my PNR is W**E*Z. As per the SC it has been told that full refund will be given to customers of flight ticket in the lockdown period.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
