I purchased a live classroom programme of byju's. It was assured by the mentor that the live classes would start in * to * days after the payment and i can apply for refund in the next ** days after the class starts. But the class did not started for more than * months and in this time period i complained many times and asked for refund but every time the mentor just said that they are working on it and my request was not listned. Now I ajust want my money back as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
