My mother is admitted to Mayflower hospital for Women and Children on **/Apr and got discharged on **/Apr/****. I paid *****/- as final settlement. Since then the hospital staff didn't give me the receipt and I have been following up for a month on this subject. Yesterday they told me that the hospital management is not allowing them to give receipts paid in cash/bank transfer. I found this to be absurd and want to file a complaint with consumer forum so that others don't go through such pain/agony.
