- Not issuing the Original Degree Certificate ^Closed

With reference to the above cited subject, I hereby bring this information to your kind notice that I completed my Ph.D in Electronics and Communication Engineering successfully in the year of **** at Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan. I got my Provisional Certificate. RTI attestation of my provisional degree certificate has been done successfully. But I did not get my Original Degree Certificate so far.

I had applied for the convocation in the year of **** and paid the convocation fee on **st December **** to get my Original Degree Certificate. I had submitted the No Due Certificate to Sunrise University, Alwar in the year of ****. I did not attend the Convocation ceremony at Sunrise University in the year of ****. I told the university people to send my Original Degree Certificate to my residential address by registered post or speed post. But they didn’t send me my Original Degree Certificate so far. The Vice Chancellor and Registrar of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan told me that the Provisional certificate is valid till the university awards the original degree certificate to you. So there will not be any problems for you. Still I did not get my Original Degree certificate. I requested the Vice Chancellor and Registrar of SunRise University, Alwar, Rajasthan many times by email and on WhatsApp to send my original degree certificate to my below mentioned address by Indian Speed Post. But they did not send me my original degree certificate by Indian Speed Post/ Registered post.

I had gone to Sunrise University, Alwar Rajasthan to enquire about the current status of my Original Degree Certificate. I came to know that Management of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan has been changed recently. Now the new management people of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan are telling me to pay the bribe. But I already paid the full fee to the old management of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan.

Present Vice Chancellor and the present Registrar have been telling me that If I want to get my original degree certificate, I have to pay an amount of INR *,**,*** to them. That is why I am looking for your support in getting my Original Degree Certificate from SunRise University, Alwar, Rajasthan.

Present Registrar of new management of Sunrise university, Alwar, Rajasthan is looking for money from me. After I paid the full fee to the old management of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan, Ph.D viva voce examination was conducted. I had submitted the no due certificate to the old management of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan while getting the Provisional Degree Certificate from Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan. After I submitted the no due certificate to the old management of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan, Provisional certificate was issued to me.

If my fee was pending, the old management of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan would not have conducted the Ph.D viva voce examination for me and they would not have given the Provisional Degree Certificate to me.

New Vice Chancellor and Registrar of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan have been telling me to pay an amount of Rs. *,**,*** to them . Then only they will give the original degree certificate to me. I am not understanding why I have to pay Rs. *,**,*** to the new management of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan. I had paid the full fees to the Sunrise University before my Ph.D viva voce. I completed my Ph.D course at Sunrise University successfully in the year of ****. I have been disturbed a lot by the new management of Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan.

I kindly request you to interfere in this issue and order the Vice Chancellor and Registrar of SunRise University, Alwar, Rajasthan to send my original degree certificate to my below mentioned address by Indian Speed Post/Registered Post as early as possible:
