Mpidc - Not informed about downloading admit card through mail or mobile

I have filled two forms of assistant grade * and assistant grade * in MPIDC (Madhya Pradesh infrastructure development corporation) through mp online and paid **** rupees for the same.
However, in their application form, I have mentioned all detail for communication but I was not informed about the admit card downloading through mail or mobile. Because of this, I have missed my both exam. Mponline portal clearly shows closing date for downloading admit card is ** April **** for which I have shared screenshot.
