I am very dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a trekking jacket ( order no -********) and returned due to large size on *th march. Today its **th march still i didnt got my refund of Rs.****.
I emailed and also contacted to the support but they just are not accepting their responsibility. They are saying we have processed refund from our side please contact bank. Also contacted bank they are saying the refund transaction is failed contact decathlon. What should a common man do sitting home.
Very dissatisfied and never going to purchase anything from decathlon in my life. And will never recommend to anyone.
This is the responsibility of company to rightfully refund the money.
I still hope something can be done in this matter. Please look into this matter.
