On September *, ****, I ordered John Jacobs glasses from Lenskart. I purchased the John Jacobs Transparent Wayfarer glasses with the most expensive glasses, Tokai Lutina, which was total around ₹**** with my hard-earned money. Then, after I got my parcel delivered on **.**.****, when I checked the frame, it was quite nice and the same as I ordered, but I got some doubts on the lenses about whether they were that expensive or not. Then I decided to get an exchange because the frame was also loose, so I requested the exchange on the same day, and after that, I got my parcel picked up the next day, and my exchange product came on **.**.****. But this time when I checked the product, the frame was worse than before; it was bigger than my size; earlier I got the perfect size, but now its bigger frame can't even fit on the face, and the lenses are also different. When I talked to the customer service of Lenskart, they denied giving me a refund, saying we don't give a return/refund option after replacing the product. Earlier the option was there, but now there's only the Exchange option, which I don't want. I escalated my query to them but got no response. All e-commerce companies give a return option even after replacement, but this I'm dissopionted.
It was a worst experience with Lenskart. I'm sharing the order id and details product from Lenskart.
