Antilog Vacations Pvt Ltd - Not giving Refund on Air Ticket cancellation

Hi, i am Harjeet singh from Global World Tour and Travels and i booked * International tickets for my guest through Antilog Vacations Pvt Ltd. My guest flight cancelled by airlines later they cancelled the trip and airlines refunded full amount to Antilog Vacations Pvt Ltd. Then we ask for refund so they said they can only give the credit note but our guest want full refund. We also called them and email them for amount adjustment for other booking so they told us that international booking amount can be adjust with international trip only. but due to covid ** pandemic all international destinations are closed for tourism and our guest dont want to trip so they asking for refund.
INR *,**,*** for air ticket cancellation and INR *,*** advance for Land package. We also contact with airlines and they said they have refunded full amount in their account.
